Shipping & returns

Shipping

• All orders ship from Lviv, Ukraine, by Ukrposhta (Ukrainian Post) with tracking.
• We ship worldwide, except to Russia and Belarus.
• Delivery usually takes 7–14 days to the US and the EU. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Edition No. 0 ships from [ship date], in order of purchase. We email your tracking number.

Duties and taxes

Orders are shipped without duties paid (DDU). Your country may charge import duties, VAT and carrier handling fees on arrival. These are set by your local customs and the carrier, are paid by the recipient, and are not included in our prices. We don't collect these fees and can't predict the exact amount.

Payment currency

You see prices in US dollars, but your card is charged in Ukrainian hryvnia at the equivalent shown at checkout. Your bank converts it, so your statement may differ slightly. Some banks add a foreign transaction fee.

A gift for Christmas?

Right after you order, we email a printable gift card, so there's something under the tree even if the post runs a little late.

Lost parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within [45] days of shipping, or comes back to us through no fault of yours, we'll reship it for free or refund you, your choice.

Changed your mind?

• You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. Email hello@loosebrickpuzzles.com first.
• Books must be unused: no puzzles solved or written in, no creases or stains.
• Return shipping is paid by you. We refund the item price to your card within [7] days of receiving the return.

Damaged or faulty?

Email a photo to hello@loosebrickpuzzles.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a new copy or refund you, whichever you prefer, and cover all shipping.

Cancelling a pre-order

You can cancel any time before your order ships and get a full refund, shipping included.
