Who we are

Loose Brick puzzle books are sold by sole proprietor (FOP) Oleg Kriukov, registered in Lviv, Ukraine. Contact: hello@loosebrickpuzzles.com. Full details are at the end of these terms.

Your order

The contract is formed when you pay for your order. By paying, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping & returns policy.
Product details and prices are shown on each product page. Colours in photos may look slightly different on your screen.
Loose Brick is printed in limited runs. A sold-out edition may not be reprinted.

Prices and payment

Prices on the English site are in US dollars. Shipping is not included and is calculated at checkout.
Prices do not include import duties, VAT or carrier fees in your country. These are paid by the recipient on arrival.
Payment is taken by card through monobank (Universal Bank JSC, Ukraine). Your card is charged in Ukrainian hryvnia at the dollar equivalent shown at checkout. Your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee, so your statement may differ slightly from the dollar price.
You receive an order confirmation and an electronic receipt by email.

Pre-orders

Edition No. 0 is sold as a pre-order: you pay now, and we ship from [ship date] in order of purchase.
If shipping is delayed, we email you with the new date.
You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships and get a full refund, shipping included.

Liability and complaints

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events beyond our control, including martial law and power outages in Ukraine. Your rights under our Shipping & returns policy still apply.
Send complaints to hello@loosebrickpuzzles.com. We reply within 14 days.
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
